Introduction to the topic:
The Creative Thinking Lab is an immersive, reflective workshop designed for leaders, supervisors, and business owners who want to think differently about leadership, innovation, and workplace culture. While focusing on techniques or productivity hacks, this workshop invites participants to examine the invisible assumptions that shape how they lead, make decisions, respond to challenges, and relate to their teams.
Through experiential exercises, guided reflection, group dialogue, and interactive activities, participants will explore how workplace culture is formed, how power shows up in subtle ways, and how leaders can intentionally create environments where people think more freely and contribute more fully. This is not a theory-heavy session. It is a thinking lab- participatory, grounded, and practical.
