Any conversation around digital is replete with words like SEM, SEO, CRM, ARVR etc. In this session, we will look at the entire gamut of digital solutions, and with the help of case studies, understand how these can be used to create value for business. We will also delve into some of the emerging technologies like blockchain, voice, chatbots, ARVR, ONDC etc.

 

Session Two: Artificial Intelligence

No discussion on digital can be complete without a discussion on Artificial Intelligence. So what really is Artificial Intelligence. How can we harness the power of Artificial Intelligence. What are some of the opportunities and challenges. And how are different businesses leveraging AI for market leadership

 

Session Three: Creating Seamless Customer Experience

The days of bombarding the customer with advertisements using media budgets are over. Customer loyalty is now the function of customer experience. How can we use digital to identify every single consumer touch point, during the entire customer life cycle (right from pre-purchase, purchase, post-purchase, advocacy phases) and use digital to create a more meaningful and seamless customer experience, thereby resulting in better customer loyalty. This is equally true for B2B businesses and for B2C businesses.

 

Session Four: Transforming your Organisation using Digital Design Thinking

How to apply the principles of design thinking to identify and build digital solutions. How to build digital leadership in the organisation. How to transform the organisation from small pilots to a digitally mature organisation

Speaker Profile: Hareesh Tibrewala

Hareesh Tibrewala is a serial entrepreneur with over three decades of experience. Mirum, which was acquired by WPP, was his third entrepreneurial venture. Mirum is now among the largest digital marketing agencies in the country. Hareesh stepped down as CEO of Mirum earlier this year. He has now founded Anhad, which works with large corporates on their digital transformation strategy.

 

Hareesh is a Bachelor of Engineering from VJTI Mumbai, and a Master of Science from University of Southern California USA. He has been recognised as “Social Media Professional of the Year” by the World Brand Congress, and was also listed among the “Top 100 Digital Influencers” as per Impact Magazine.

 

He is a mentor with Stanford Seed and a partner with Social Venture Partners, a fund that provides growth capital to NGOs. He has co-authored a book, “If I Had to Do It Again”, a memoir of this first Internet venture Homeindia.com which also serves as a guide for aspiring entrepreneurs. He has been a honorary faculty with the University of Mumbai and is also an evangelist in the area of Artificial Intelligence. He has also done the ILSS Board Leadership Program for the social sector. Hareesh is also a Certified Independent Director.
