Hareesh Tibrewala is a serial entrepreneur with over three decades of experience. Mirum, which was acquired by WPP, was his third entrepreneurial venture. Mirum is now among the largest digital marketing agencies in the country. Hareesh stepped down as CEO of Mirum earlier this year. He has now founded Anhad, which works with large corporates on their digital transformation strategy.
Hareesh is a Bachelor of Engineering from VJTI Mumbai, and a Master of Science from University of Southern California USA. He has been recognised as “Social Media Professional of the Year” by the World Brand Congress, and was also listed among the “Top 100 Digital Influencers” as per Impact Magazine.
He is a mentor with Stanford Seed and a partner with Social Venture Partners, a fund that provides growth capital to NGOs. He has co-authored a book, “If I Had to Do It Again”, a memoir of this first Internet venture Homeindia.com which also serves as a guide for aspiring entrepreneurs. He has been a honorary faculty with the University of Mumbai and is also an evangelist in the area of Artificial Intelligence. He has also done the ILSS Board Leadership Program for the social sector. Hareesh is also a Certified Independent Director.
