Mr.Winny Patro, CEO & Co-Founder of RECORDENT(an award-winning fintech solution for SMBs in India), participated as a speaker/panelist at various conferences of national & international importance like Global Fintech Fest, Bharat Fintech Summit, TiECon, Global Skills Summit, Digital Money, Slush@Finland, etc

Advisor/mentor to startups & mid-size companies on growth, innovation and digital transformation.With 16+ years of experience in leadership and advisory roles, he has a proven track record of transforming underperforming organizations, scaling up online businesses, and fostering innovation ecosystems.

Prior to Recordent, he served as the CEO of two government organizations in Andhra Pradesh, where he restructured their operations, built high-performance teams, and initiated collaborations with international organizations and startup hubs.
