Coaching is an imperative part of a leader’s role. If there is no coaching involved, there can never be a leadership succession pipeline created, if there is no leadership succession pipeline created, the leader cannot grow out of the present role. Coaching also allow the leader to explore his/her potential as a person who is capable of identifying and diagnosing an issue that prevents his/her team from performing to its fullest potential.
