Pallari Gajaria (she/they) is a therapist with a Master’s in Clinical Psychology, rooted in narrative, sensory- informed, and social justice-oriented practice. She is the founder of Pakhru Counselling based in Ghatkopar, Mumbai. They work closely with neurodivergent individuals and queer communities, and are an AAC educator supporting non-speaking individuals through tools like Avaz.
Pallari co-runs Queerstion, a support group for folks questioning their identity, and is currently training in Play Therapy, and Animal-Assisted Therapy. Their work centres care, authenticity, and emotional agency—both in the therapy space and in the systems we move through.
