Handling difficult conversations is an inevitable part of our personal & professional life – whether we’re telling a client the project is delayed or conducting an unenthusiastic performance review or in a relationship with a passive or aggressive individual. How can we prepare for this kind of discussion? How can we be assertive and deal with difficult situations? And, how can we retain our thinking capability during difficult conversations?
