Objective

Conversations around communicating a project delay to a client, saying ‘no’ to a request or handling a conflict situation are inevitable at the workplace. Very often these conversations are circumvented and pushed under the carpet, primarily because they are – difficult! And having mustered courage to engage in one, one is not always successful.

This session seeks to offer insights and strategies for rendering these conversations smoother and less tough.
