The Haryana State Employment of Local Candidates Act, 2020, was passed in November last year. It had come into effect on January 15, 2022.

The Government of Maharashtra has issued a notification dated 31st January 2022 relaxing certain restrictions imposed by its earlier orders. Consequently the BMC has also issued an order dated 1st Feb 2022 in the matter.

The Labour Commissioner, Maharashtra has notifies the rates of Special Allowance payable to Scheduled Employments in Maharashtra for the period from 1.1.22 to 30.6.22
