Program Overview:

Sales professionals with 3+ years of experience often reach a critical inflection point—where effort alone is no longer
enough. At this stage, the challenge is not basic selling skills, but consistency, confidence under pressure, handling
complex objections, influencing customers, and stepping into leadership behaviours.
Sales Accelerator – Advanced is a high-impact, online program designed to help mid-level sales professionals sharpen
consultative selling skills, strengthen emotional resilience, and build leadership presence—enabling sustained
performance and readiness for larger responsibilities.

Program Structure:

4 Sessions × 90 Minutes, ONE session per week – 11 am to 1 pm

18th Feb, 25th Feb, 5th March & 12th March 2026 

There will be a Pre-program assessment shared with participants before joining the first session
WhatsApp group will be created for Between session Micro-learning nudges and reflection
There will be Review, feedforward & Certification in Session 4 on March 12th.

Session 3: Mastering Objections, Rejections & Difficult Conversations

  •  Handling complaints, criticism, and escalation calmly
  •  Staying resilient in high-pressure sales cycles
  •  Responding with influence rather than defensiveness

Session 4: Leadership Readiness – Proactivity, Visibility & Growth

Behavioral Assessor, she bridges the gap between mindset and business results. She currently serves as a Mentor at
IAF India for Professional Development.

Monika Divekar
Behavioral Scientist & Sales Leadership Coach: Monika integrates neuroscience and Emotional Intelligence to help
sales leaders master the “Inner Game” of high performance. A Master NLP Practitioner and Faculty at SPJIMR, she
uses the psychology of the buyer to help participants build deep trust and move from transactional selling to
consultative partnerships.
