Request for Proposals – Ministry of Transport and Highways

Procurement No. MT/04/09/CT/540 – Procurement for Build, Own and Operate (BOO) Electronic Fare

I wish to inform you that, the Ministry of Transport & Highways has invited sealed bids from eligible bidders for Build, Own and Operate (BOO) implementation of an Electronic Fare Collection System (EFCS). The contract will initially be for eight (8) years.

Closing date for the submission of above bids is on or before 28th August 2024 at 1400 hrs (Sri Lanka local time GMT+5:30).
