Mentoring for Enrichment (ME) Program 2022-23

January – June 2023

The Diversity & Inclusion Committee of the Bombay Chamber in partnership with Reliance Industries Ltd. conducted a 6 month Mentoring for Enrichment (ME) Program from January – June 2024. We had sent out a call for nominations for Mentors and Mentees and had received a whooping response for the same. A total of 53 Mentees and 45 Mentors were matched.

 

An orientation session for the Mentors and Mentees was separately held in December 2022 setting the context for this program, and explaining the process flow for the same. The Mentors and Mentees were thereafter provided with guidelines and other documents to aid them in the journey.

 

The Mentors and Mentees had a one-on-one session during the six months period from January-June 2023 and the team had scheduled 3 feedback forms during the period.

 

The Mentors and Mentees were awarded Certificate of Appreciation and Certificate of Participation at the completion of the same.
