In alignment with the Bombay Chamber’s mission to support sustainable and inclusive growth, we have hosted multiple high-powered events on SM REITs, starting with a highly successful Conclave titled SM REITs: Ownership to Opportunity held on May 28, 2024, moving on to the exclusive Roundtable Conference, on August 6th on “Challenges and Opportunities for Fractional Owners Entering SM REITs.” The conference offered a unique platform for select fractional Ownership Platforms to discuss concerns and ideas with Shri. Pramod Rao, Executive Director, SEBI. We culminate our series of events on SM REITs with the highly awaited Conclave titled, SM REITs 2.0: the Path to Compliance & Growth on October 8th, 2024 at St Regis, Lower Parel, Mumbai.
