Course Description :

Six Sigma Green Belt is a two day training program which combines Lecture, Class exercise, Case studies, Team Exercise and Practical approach of Problem Solving. It provides a deep understanding of each step involved in Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control (DMAIC) methodology & also helps in understanding the various analysis tools. Six Sigma Green Belt Examination will be conducted after the training is completed on day two. On clearing the exam, participants will receive results and “Certified Six Sigma Green Belt” Certificate within 7-10 working days.

D] Six Sigma DMAIC Methodology Module

  • DMAIC Six Sigma Methodology for Six Sigma Projects
    Define, Measure, Analyze, Design, and Verify (DMADV) is a data-driven quality strategy that focuses on the development of new products or services compared to existing ones.
  • Define Phase
    Define the problem, improvement activity, opportunity for improvement, the
    project goals, and customer (internal and external) requirements.
  • Measure Phase
    Measure process performance.
  • Analyze Phase
    Analyze the process to determine root causes of variation and poor performance (defects).
  • Improve Phase
    Improve process performance by addressing and eliminating the root causes.
  • Control Phase
    Control the improved process and future process performance.

Examination & Certification – Exam: 100 Q (MCQ’s) :

  • Exam Duration: 90 Minutes

  • Exam Score : Participants need to score at least 50% marks to pass
