Accordingly, we are organising a site visit to learn from sustainability best practices implemented and proved as business case at the manufacturing plant at Chakan.

About Chakan Plant

Chakan Plant is the Largest automotive plant of Mahindra & Mahindra. It is a most modern plant spread across 700 acres of land parcel. The plant started their production from March 2010. As far as sustainable practices go, Mahindra Chakan plant houses 70 solar dishes to generate electricity, a comprehensive water treatment facility to achieve zero water discharge, and around 10,000 trees to maintain green cover.
