Seminar on SEBI Insider Trading Regulations – Recent Amendments, Trends and Practical Challenges

The deliberations will cover issues emanating from the recent amendments to the regulations (including expansion in the definition of UPSI), avenues for information sharing, compliances under the insider trading code of conduct, structured digital database, individual and enterprise responsibility, duties of the board of directors and relevant considerations from a listing regulations perspective. The session will also deal with some of the pertinent judicial pronouncements on the insider trading regulations.

Profile :

• Has more than 13 years of experience in the financial services and securities law space
• areas of expertise include advising on financial services regulation; regulatory aspects arising from capital markets transactions, regulatory inquiries, representations and internal investigations; ongoing compliances and enforcement.
