Introduction

Reassessment Proceedings have undergone a major shift from “Reason to Believe” to “Information Based Assessment” from FY 2021-22. The session will enable us to understand how tax authorities are presently initiating reassessment proceedings including related procedural aspects. It shall also cover in-depth understanding of the practical scenarios of reassessment and the rationals to deal with them.
