There are a number of documents and records that are necessary for filing a marine insurance claim. To assist you in ensuring quick and judicious settlement, Bombay Chamber of Commerce & Industry is organizing a Training Workshop on Marine Cargo Claims and Documentation on Tuesday 12th July, 2022
This session aims to assist participants to understand in-depth analysis of cargo claims and documentations. It shall answer the following key questions:

Capt. Mukesh Gautama is presently Advisor of Wilson Surveyors and Adjusters Pvt. Ltd. who are Lloyds Agents in India, Nepal and Bhutan. He sailed with Shipping Corporation of India and was in command of Cargo Ships and Bulk Carriers. Thereafter joined Tata Tea Ltd. and was promoted as General Manager, looking after their Lloyd’s Agency Division. He was awarded 1stprize in Fellowship examination of Narottam Morarjee Institute of Shipping and has passed the Associateship Examination conducted by Association of Average Adjusters – United Kingdom. He is a Fellow member of Indian Institute of Insurance Surveyors and Loss Assessors and The Company of Master Mariners of India.
Mr. Vinod Dangwal, Deputy Vice President, is currently heading Marine Claims in ICICI Lombard for the last 6 & ½ years. He has vast experience and specialized in handling & managing Marine cargo claims (International, Domestic, General Average) which are received from several large Corporate and MSME clients. He has an overall experience of more than 16 years in the Marine cargo Claims Industry
