BCCI and Wadhwani Foundation have partnered to bring to you “SME Growthdrive” – an initiative to support SME/s scale their businesses; multi-fold.
“SME Growthdrive” will have 3 components over 3.5 hours on January 12th, 2023 at Ruby Office, Dadar West from 3pm to 6.30pm.
1. A business diagnostics workshop that uses an online tool and consists of a comprehensive set of questions covering all aspects of a business. You will fill this online in the workshop in approximately 45 minutes. Based on their responses, the tool generates a customised report for each company. It will showcase strengths and areas of improvement for your organization.
We will utilize a sample report and demonstrate how you can use the tool to build and prioritise growth journey/ies.
2. Program alum/s to share success story/ies on how this has benefitted the SME/s and how they have realized significant gains as part of their journey. You will hear stories on how to maximize the output
3. As a part of the workshop, you can also get a chance to interact with potential consultant/s who can partner with you and help you realize the benefits. You will speak to them, build your engagement plan and kick-start the growth journey
