The Bombay Chamber has constituted its Investment & Finance Advisory Sub-Committee in line with the Companies Act, 2013 wherein the mandate is significantly different from what was laid down under Section 292A of the Companies Act 1956, and its scope and constitution have also been broadened beyond the Clause 49. In addition, the Chamber has also constituted its Members Grievance Committee.
As per the The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, the Bombay Chamber has set up its Sexual Harassment Committee.

Constitution of Internal Complaints committee under Sexual Harassment of women at workplace under (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal Act, 2013) from Jan 01, 2026 to Dec 31, 2028 In Compliance with section 4 of the Sexual Harassment of women at workplace under (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal Act, 2013) ,the “Internal Complaint Committee” is constituted for a period of 3 years WEF from January 01,2026 to December 31, 2028. In continuation of the original circular dated January 1,2020 & December 31, 2022.
