Govt of Maharashtra extends ESI Scheme to Municipal bodies including Municipal
Corporation (Nagar Nigam), Municipal councils, Nagar Palika & Other Urban Local Bodies run by State Government wherein 10 or more persons on casual or contractual or both, basis are employed, or were employed for wages on any day of the preceding twelve months.
