Overview:

Rebuilding Confidence. Reconnecting with Possibilities. Returning with Purpose.

The Bombay Chamber of Commerce & Industry’s Human Resource Management Committee & Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee are organizing Second Innings: Return to Work Mentorship Programme for Women and Allied Professionals—a three-session programme designed to support professionals navigating their return to work after a career break.

Returning to the workplace can be an exciting yet challenging transition. It may involve rebuilding confidence, reconnecting with professional identity, adapting to changing workplace expectations and identifying pathways for growth. Second Innings aims to provide a supportive space for participants to reflect, learn, share experiences and prepare for their next professional chapter.
Through guided reflection, practical activities and conversations around contemporary workplace realities, the programme will help participants approach their return with greater clarity, confidence and purpose.
