In continuation to our efforts in strengthening our DEI impact, specifically in the field of gender diversity, we are back with a series of Mentoring Programs in 2026 for women professionals and allies.
After our success with the earlier Mentoring for Enrichment (ME) Programs, we are pleased to announce the 3rd edition of the program.
This is a great opportunity for anyone who is interested to connect with a cross industry mentor who can offer their insight, advice and help to navigate their professional careers. Research says that professionals with mentors are 5 times more likely to achieve career growth.
We invite prospective mentees to participate in this 6 – month ‘Mentoring for Enrichment (ME)’ Journey which we will launch in January 2026 and includes 6 one-to-one sessions with the mentor for approximately 1 hour each month from January to June 2026. The mentee will also have the opportunity to participate in the Fourth Edition of our DEI Awards, scheduled for June/July 2026, where mentors and mentees from the program will connect, celebrate, and share their experiences.
Mentees get to choose from the mentors and give their top three preferences while submitting the form. The Chamber will match you with the best possible Mentor. Please note this program will be on a first come first serve basis.
The Program Investment for each Mentee will be :
INR. 7500/- (plus 18% taxes) i.e. Rs. 8850/- for Members
INR. 8500/- (plus 18% taxes) i.e. Rs. 10030/- for Non-Members
