Sudhanshu Vats is the Managing Director of Pidilite Industries Limited and a seasoned business leader with over 33 years of experience across FMCG, media, and packaging industries. An alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad and NIT Kurukshetra, he has built a distinguished career leading business transformation, driving growth, and creating long-term value across globally recognized organizations.
Prior to joining Pidilite Industries, he served as the Managing Director and CEO of EPL Limited and earlier as the Managing Director and Group CEO of Viacom18, where he played a pivotal role in expanding the company’s scale and digital presence. He also spent two decades at Hindustan Unilever, leading several iconic brands and business verticals, and held leadership responsibilities at BP Castrol India. Known for his strategic vision and people-centric leadership style, Sudhanshu actively contributes to industry and business forums and mentors emerging leaders and entrepreneurs.
