After more than 5.5 years of GST, we are now witnessing the wave of Audits and Assessments under the GST Law. The GST Department has been proactive at plugging GST leakages and non-compliances and have issued notices for conducting audits to assessees across Industries. We are simultaneously witnessing lot of taxpayers approaching the Authority of Advance Ruling to take the Department’s buy-in on their proposed transactions.
