The Bombay Chamber of Commerce & Industry invites you to its Annual CSR Conclave 2026 – “CSR Next: Navigating the New Social Stock Exchange Mandates,” bringing together senior corporate leaders, CSR professionals, philanthropists and social-sector experts to understand the evolving Social Stock Exchange (SSE) landscape and what it means for the future of corporate philanthropy.
The Conclave comes at a significant time for India’s social impact ecosystem. As SEBI continues to strengthen and refine the Social Stock Exchange framework, new developments are shaping how Not-for-Profit Organisations (NPOs), social enterprises and impact-focused organisations can raise capital, enhance transparency and demonstrate measurable impact.
The discussions will provide practical insights into key developments, including NPO registration on the SSE, Zero Coupon Zero Principal (ZCZP) instruments, minimum subscription requirements, disclosures and greater accountability in the utilisation of funds.
The Conclave will also explore the opportunities and challenges emerging from these changes—from unlocking larger pools of social capital and strengthening investor confidence to becoming investment- and disclosure-ready.
Importantly, the conversations will examine how CSR and philanthropic capital can work alongside these new mechanisms to enable greater scale, transparency and measurable social impact.
