Attestation of Export Documents

Bombay Chamber of Commerce & industry is officially authorized by the Ministry of Commerce, Government of India to issue Certificate of Origin in respect of goods exported from India. The Bombay Chamber also attests Commercial documents and Export Documents like Invoices, Packing List, Declaration etc. as required by the applicant for facilitating their trade activities.

Refer to the Trade Notice 24/2024-25 Dated 20th December 2024, wherein DGFT had directed Exporters to file mandatorily Non Preferential Certificate of Origin from their new launched system (ECoO) 2.0 system www.trade.gov.in) from i.e 01st January 2025.

Exporters are requested to update IEC details, Email ID and Mobile Number and thereafter file for Non Preferential Certificate of Origin from the new system.

Online issuance of COO from our BCCI PORTAL as well as Over the Counter (OFFLINE) will no longer be in existence from 01st JANUARY 2025.

Exporters are requested to attest documents such as Invoice, Packing List and other miscellaneous documents from our counter located at Dadar and Ballard Estate.
