The Logistics and Supply Chains committee is one of the esteemed expert committees of the Bombay Chamber.

The primary objective of the expert committee is to provide a platform for stakeholders to discuss industry issues, encourage interactions with regulatory and other government agencies and facilitate business opportunities. The committee will comprise senior representatives from ports, shipping, and logistics companies as service providers as well as senior professionals from supply chain and international business representing the customers’ side.

Broad agenda of the Committee includes:

Bi-annual International Logistics Conference (our latest edition of International Conference on Ports Shipping Logistics 2023 (https://logistics.bombaychamber.com)
Supply Chain Conclave
Actively respond to regulatory changes and continuously liaison with the Govt. of India and relevant regulatory agencies
Proactively advocate for operational efficiencies in the supply chain and logistics
Conduct events for awareness and training

Growth & development of India’s Logistics Industry as a catalyst for trade facilitation in the Country.

Mission:

Represent concerns of the constituent members of Port, Shipping, Logistics, Supply Chain and Trade fraternity with the regulator and provide strategic, well balanced approach for future expansion of the Logistics industry in India.
