While stories have captured imagination from times immemorial, in the hands of a Manager and Leader, it can be a powerful tool to influence teams & employees into action. In organisations, storytelling techniques can be used powerfully to override the boredom of
typical business presentations, one-to-one communication, and in meetings. Great storytelling also propels a Hi-Potential employee’s Executive Presence.

Speaker’s Profile:
Ajit Kamath has been lecturing, training & facilitation since 1993. He delivers programs primarily for senior & mid-level leadership across industries. With an extensive experience in conceptualizing & delivering leadership, managerial, supervisory training and process facilitation interventions based on organizational needs, issues and ongoing challenges, his work spreads over a spectrum of industries that include banking, insurance, financial, manufacturing, FMCG, telecommunications, IT and consulting sectors.
Ajit has facilitated workshops for companies like Pidilite, Philips, Signify, HSBC, Barclays, Deutsche Bank, Credit Suisse, Asian Paints, Edelweiss Tokio, ICICI Securities, ICICI Lombard, Unilever, Sodexo, Pfizer, GSK, Abbott, Tiger Analytics, Piramal Finance and many more helping them increase the leadership and people management capability and developing the next
generation leaders.
He also teaches Facilitation Skills at Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) for the OD & Change Leadership department for their Executive MBA and MAOD program.
Ajit uses Theater, Drama & Story-Telling in his work unleashing concepts such as Improv, Forum Theatre, Role Modeling etc. in his deliveries. Ajit has worked at British Council – West India, Wizards Entertainment and earlier for his family-
owned business. He has also written for newspapers such as The Times of India, The Sunday Observer and the Sunday Mid-Day.
Ajit is a co-founder of the India Chapter of community-based International Association of Facilitators (AF-India) and has also been accredited as a CPF Master (Certified Professional Facilitator – Master level).
