The next couple of months are crucial for organizations and their IC members to strengthen compliance readiness before the close of the year and the Annual Compliance Report (ACR) submission cycle in January 2026. With this in mind, we have organised 2 day IC Certification Program to be conducted by Bombay Chamber of Commerce and Industry in collaboration with Ungender.
Program Overview
The certification is designed for Internal Committee (IC) members and HR SPOCs, combining legal, procedural, and behavioral components of the POSH Act, 2013. It includes:
Deep-dive sessions on law, inquiry procedures, and documentation standards
Live case studies, role-play simulations, and judgment analysis
Guidance on IC ethics, confidentiality, and communication handling
Assessment and certification jointly endorsed by both organizations
Additional Benefit – ACR Advisory Support
As an added value, participants (and their organizations) will also be eligible for complimentary ACR Advisory in January 2026 at a nominal facilitation charge. This includes a guided walkthrough of the Annual Compliance Report format, review of activities completed, and advisory on district submission best practices.
