The Employees’ State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) is undertaking a special initiative under the SPREE (Scheme for Promotion of Registration of Employers and Employees) campaign aimed at spreading awareness about the benefits and coverage under the ESI Scheme. The campaign is focused on educating employers and employees about their rights and responsibilities, promoting registration, and facilitating ease of access to ESI services.
The Scheme will remain open for a period of six months from 1st July 2025 to 31st December 2025.
The Scheme has the following features:
i) The employers registering during the period will be treated as covered from the date of registration or the date as declared by them.
ii) The newly registered employees shall be treated as covered from the date of their registration.
iii) This will not have any bearing on actions taken/required under ESI Act, if any, prior to 1st July, 2025.
The proposed camp would serve as an informative and facilitative session for your management and workforce, highlighting key features of the scheme and addressing any queries. The ESIC officers address the same. This camp is free of cost for members of the Bombay Chamber. Participation will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis. We encourage early registration to secure your spot.
