I wish to inform you that, the Chairman, Ministry Procurement Committee (MPC), on behalf of the Ceylon Petroleum Storage Terminals Limited (CPSTL) has invited sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders, for Integrity Assessment of 02 Nos. 18” DIA. Product Pipelines from SPBM to Muthurajawela Terminal, Sri Lanka – by Inline Inspection.
