I wish to inform you that the Chairman, Department Procurement Committee (Minor) on behalf of Ceylon Petroleum Storage Terminals Limited (CPSTL) has invited sealed bids from internationally reputed manufacturers or their accredited export agents abroad, or accredited local agents in Sri Lanka for the Supply of 02 Nos. Swivel End Type Cylindrical Buoys.
Bids must be accompanied by a bid security of LKR 120,000.00 or USD 400.00 which shall be valid up to 10.04.2026, from the date of bid opening.

Closing date for the submission of above IFB is on 28th November 2025 at 1400 hrs (Sri Lanka local time GMT+5:30).
