Speaker Profile
Prathmesh Raichura, is a seasoned sustainability professional with over 20 years of experience in Climate Change and
Corporate Sustainability in India and across globe. He leads the sustainability reporting advisory and assurance practice
in India, with a strong focus on helping organisations develop robust sustainability strategies and publish impactful
communications. A GRI Nominated Trainer, Prathmesh has conducted over 50 certified training programmes,
empowering more than 700 professionals across India and the UAE. He is a member of international working
committees for the development of the AA1000 Assurance Standard and Accountability Principles and plays a key role
in KPMG’s Global Sustainability Assurance team. His expertise spans sustainability reporting, GHG assurance, EHS
audits, and environmental impact assessments across diverse sectors including finance, oil & gas, IT, and
manufacturing.
Amit Darak, brings over 15 years of experience in ESG advisory and assurance across India and abroad. He specialises in
Sustainability Reporting, BRSR, ESG Strategy, Climate Change Advisory, and Sustainability Assurance. His work spans
industries like Metals & Mining, Energy, and Consumer Goods, helping clients improve ESG ratings with platforms like DJSI,
MSCI, and EcoVadis. Notably, he served as a Climate Change Expert with the Ministry of Power, contributing to India’s
NDCs under the Paris Agreement. Amit is a certified GRI Professional, Energy Auditor, Lead Auditor for OHSAS 18001, and
trained in Water Stewardship.
