Based on inputs and suggestions received from our members, we submit herewith the Pre-Budget Memorandum for the year 2024-25 (Indirect Tax) for your kind consideration. Accordingly, the said Memorandum is attached herewith.
The suggestions made in the above document are intended to improve the private investment ecosystem in India, provide tax certainty, address procedural challenges in tax compliances, reduce litigation and enhance ‘ease of doing business’.
