Sahil Nayar is an HR Influncer and he was awarded the coveted Top HR Voice Award on LinkedIn, a strong testimony to his commitment to the HR and L&D fraternity across the country.

He has played various roles within HR, to name a few, HR business partnering, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Recruitment Marketing, Employer Branding amongst many others. He is a certified MBTI and NLP Practitioner, a regular columnist and visiting faculty at leading business schools across the country.

Being a certified design thinker, he loves flirting with ideas as he designs prototypes to re-define human experiences. He is a social media influencer and has been bestowed many accolades as the social media influencer of the year by SHRM and Xobin for the last 3 years.

He runs a show called #JustLikeThat on his You Tube Channel and has his own radio show on Spotify.

Aditi Kare Panandikar

Aditi Kare Panandikar is a third generation entrepreneur with sharp business acumen and techno-commercial skills. She is a graduate in Pharmacy, holds a Master’s Degree in Pharmaceutical Administration from the Ohio State University, USA. Patent Law and practices is another area in which she has pursued an in-depth study.
Aditi is the Managing Director at Indoco Remedies Limited, a fully integrated, research-oriented Indian Pharma Company with a strong global presence. The Company’s turnover is US$ 200 million with a human capital of 6000 employees, including over 300 skilled scientists and Field Staff who are the strength of the organization.
Indoco has 9 manufacturing facilities, 6 for Finished Dosages and 3 for APIs and is supported by a state-of-the-art R&D centre at Rabale, Navi Mumbai and a CRO at Hyderabad. This strategic investment marks a significant milestone for the Company, solidifying its position as a key player in the US market. The smart synergy between Indoco and FPP will enable the

Prior to her elevation as Managing Director, Ms. Aditi has handled various functions like, Domestic Marketing – Formulations, API Business, HR, Technical (R&D & QA) and Business Development (International) at Indoco.
Ms. Aditi received the ‘Leader Of The Year’ award at the at the UBM India Pharma Awards in 2016, ‘Business Woman Of The Year’ award at the Business Goa Awards for Corporate Excellence 2016 and ‘Jack L. Beal Post baccalaureate Alumni’ award from the Ohio State University for her outstanding contribution to the pharma industry in May 2015.

Seema Nair

Seema Nair is Senior Executive Vice President and Member, Chairman’s Office at Reliance Industries Limited.

She leads Group HR Office and Group HR Digitization, partnering closely with the Executive Committee, Business and HR Leaders.

Seema joined Reliance in July 2018 as Head – People Development Group, leading Talent, Learning, DE&I, Communications & Branding for Hydrocarbons and Allied Businesses.

In a career spanning 30 years, she has supported Technology, Manufacturing, FMCG and Retail Industries.

Prior to Reliance, she has been CHRO India and SAARC for Coca Cola and Cisco.

Seema’s early career experiences were with Intel, Hughes Software, Microland Group, and Crompton Greaves.

She has an MBA specializing in HR from XLRI Jamshedpur.

She believes in having strong positive impact across the business and employees, via its People and Culture.

Dr Nitin Shankar Nagrale

Dr Nitin Shankar Nagrale is working with M/s Quality New Zealand as CEO India and Emerging Markets since February 2020. A unique business model by some world class cricketers of New Zealand like Sir Richard Hadlee, Stephen Fleming, Brandon McCullum, Daniel Vettori and Geoff Allott.

He brings with him a rich experience of over 28 years during which he has been actively involved in managing procurement and supply chain procedures for key hotels like Taj Mahal Palace & Towers, Taj Land’s End (The Regent Mumbai), Grand Hyatt Mumbai, The Westin Mumbai Garden City, Sofitel Mumbai BKC and upcoming The Chedi Mumbai (formerly Radisson Blu Plaza Mumbai) as Director Materials.

He played an instrumental role in purchase of Operating Equipment and Supplies as part of the pre opening team at the Grand Hyatt, Westin Mumbai, Sofitel Mumbai BKC and at The Chedi Mumbai. At Starwood Hotels he has represented India, Bangladesh and Nepal as a regional head at the Purchasing Council and at Sofitel he was involved in setting up Sofitel Bangkok and Sofitel Bali. He was also the head for the regional Accor Procurement Council for Maharashtra. Before this he has worked with Jet Airways, RKHS and Dawnay Day India Land Private Limited as head of SCM department.

In his last assignment he worked with Food link Services India Private Limited as Vice President Materials and Projects for over 3 years.

Nitin graduated from Mumbai University with a bachelor’s degree in Commerce. He has obtained a Diploma in Materials Management from IIMM Bengaluru and a Diploma in Hotel Management in Catering Technology & applied Nutrition from IHM, Mumbai. He has also completed a master’s in marketing management from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies in Mumbai.

Dr. Tarang Gianchandani

Dr. Tarang, an Orthopaedic Surgeon and MBA by qualification and a Healthcare administrator by passion, has over 25 years of experience, both national & international, in acute & long-term care operations as well as multi-site management in the Private & Public sector.
Dr. Tarang is a graduate of Lady Harding Medical College, New Delhi. She completed her MBA with specialization in Healthcare Management from National University of Singapore, post specialisation in Orthopaedics from Singapore.
Prior to joining Sir H N Reliance Foundation hospital, Dr. Tarang has been the CEO of another large multispecialty hospital. Dr Tarang has handled many strategic assignments while working with the Ministry of Health, Changi General Hospital & Alexandra Hospital during her 14 years of tenure at Singapore. Prior to that she had experience at Lok Nayak Jai Prakash Narayan Hospital & GB Pant Hospital, New Delhi.
Dr. Tarang has been felicitated with numerous awards. She was felicitated by the Governor of Maharashtra in Navabharat Healthcare Awards 2022 held on 27th October and conferred Healthcare Leader of the Year award. She was also recognised as Healthcare Leader of the Year 2022 by Financial Express in FE Healthcare Summit concluded on 30th Sept, 2022 and recognised as the Healthcare Icon of the Year by Midday Powerful Women 2022. Viveka Roychowdhury

Professional Experience (up to 200 words): A Microbio-Biochem graduate, with a post-graduate diploma in Mass Communications, Viveka Roychowdhury is a journalist with more than 2 decades of experience on the pharma and healthcare beat. She started her career as Editor of the in-house journal of one of India’s oldest pharma companies before joining as a Reporter on the pharma beat in the Financial Express, Mumbai. She was part of the editorial team that started Express Pharma Pulse in 1994, which was at the time, India’s first pharma focused business publication. She has been Editor, Express Pharma from July 2007 and Editor, Express Healthcare since September 2010. She has been invited as a speaker, panelist at industry conferences as well as a guest lecturer at mass communication institutes, speaking on science, health & environmental reporting.

Lucky Kulkarni

Ms Lucky Kulkarni is a Senior Human Resource, Organization Development Professional and a Change Management Expert with 25 years + experience in creating and implementing strategies across Human Capital Management thereby aiming to materialize company’s vision in creating an ideal management team with effective governing policies, procedures & protocols at each level Lucky is a commerce graduate from HR College , she holds Masters Degree in Management from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies and a Degree in Law from Government Law College and also has “Postgraduate Diploma in  Organisation Development & Change” from TISS.
