The Trade Facilitation Clinic is designed to offer personalized support and expert insights on various trade-related matters. Details of the Trade Facilitation Clinic:
Administration Fees: To ensure the sustainability of this initiative, there will be a nominal administration fee of INR 600 per session inclusive of taxes
No Consultation Fees: While there is an administration fee, there will be no additional charges for the consultation.
Duration: Each consultation slot will be 30 minutes in duration, allowing for a focused discussion on your specific trade-related concerns
Prior Registration: To avail of this service, it is essential to register in advance, as it will enable us to allocate the appropriate time slot. A customer needs to provide details of the problem in advance so that the expert can be prepared to advise

Mr. R K Pandian is the DGM & Regional Manager (Western Region) for ECGC Ltd. He has served ECGC for more than 26 years. He has taken up several leadership roles and challenges at various capacities across multiple states in India.
