About the training :
An organisation or a project involves the local community and society in the operations, there arises the imperative to understand the social impact. In the recent decade, there is an increasing interest in measuring outcomes of CSR and Sustainability projects/programs, organisation policies , business operations and processes.

  • CSR and Sustainability professionals are demanded to review, refine and report their programs’ impact constantly. What is a stakeholder or a beneficiary perspective on the program rather than just presenting the outputs? What are the costs and outcomes-tangible and intangible benefits have achieved?
