Introduction :

In these times of uncertainty and massive shifts, it's important we make space to adjust to the new environment and find solutions as per the need of the hour. In today's scenario it becomes important to make sustainable and strong leaders who not only take on new challenges but also have a robust understanding of their health and emotional well-being.

Aim :

The aim of the program is to provide a creative space virtually for employees to come together destress, bond as a collective and analyse how to upgrade their work-life balance skills while practicing immunity boosting body-mind practices.

Program Objective :

Cultivation of micro habits is the first step towards self-development and is directly related to the capacity building on the professional front. Our mind functions at a speed of electricity and to come to the present moment is mindfulness. Classical Indian wisdom declares "Awareness and Harmony” as the foundations of a happy life.   Only when we know the basics of how our brain and heart works, we are empowered truly to sustain a healthy life. Further, the fluctuations of hormones have one more added layer playing on women’s mental and emotional health directly. Hence, in these times of stress and uncertainty, we need to have tailor made solutions for women where they learn hands-on the true science of self-care. It's all about being aware of various dimensions and geared up for the requirements. By cultivating an energy system, one learns how to tune in and tap into the science of a calm nervous system.
