Day - 2 : Counselling skills – for Managing Employee Anxiety
Context :

Counselling deals with helping people overcome emotional and professional challenges in their lives, from career planning, relationship problems, stress, and health issues. HR managers in today’s times are expected to play the role of a counsellor while talking to employees


Objective :
This program will help participants to:

•  Explore different types of workplace anxieties

•  Learn to recognise symptoms and warning signs

•  Determine ways of coping and managing problems

•  Help employees overcomes stress & challenges at work

•  Basics of counselling

•  Ethical framework of counselling

•  Common Types of Anxiety

•  Using counselling to positively effect behaviours in life & work

Day - 3 : Design Thinking & HR
Context :

According to the Design Management Institute, 2016, companies that integrate design thinking into corporate strategy can outperform industry peers on the S&P 500 by as much as 211%. It is important for HR managers to start using design thinking in all core HR processes.


Objective:
This program will help participants to:

•  Work on Organizational design, which can incorporate design thinking when restructuring roles

•  Define Engagement, which can be driven by using design thinking to make work easier, more efficient, more fulfilling, and more rewarding

•  Refine Learning, in which new, self-directed learning experiences can be shaped by design thinking’s central principle

•  Understand design thinking

•  Learn to apply design thinking to HR

•  Applying design thinking principles in people processes

•  Mapping UI and UX for HR
