Webinar on Predictive Modeling - Aug 28, 2020

Introduction :

With data being unanimously hailed as the definitive asset of the 21st century, it is important to understand how to utilise its power and derive value from it. The advent of digitisation in every sphere of business has resulted in generation of massive amounts of data that holds high potential. There are several ways in which this resource can be refined and one of the most significant of them is Predictive Analytics.Predictive analytics involves creating a statistical model using historical data to predict future values. The predicted values can either be the value of the outcome or probability of the outcome.Predictive modeling is used in financial services, insurance, telecommunications, people management, retail, travel, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, sports and several other fields.Thorough understanding of predictive modeling is, therefore, the first step in moving to a data-driven decision making environment.
