International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), Paris has recently released the new version of its INCOTERMS® Rules - INCOTERMS® 2020. INCOTERS® Rules provide clarity on Costs, Obligations and transfer of risk between Seller and Buyer in a transaction related to goods. These rules are commonly accepted rules for International Business.
