Two Day Workshop on Continuous Improvement through Lean Implementation - Oct 17, 2019

Introduction :

Lean thinking and practice lead organizations on continuous improvement journey making the organization both innovative and competitive. Lean is about creating value for the customer while minimizing resources, time, energy and effort. A lean approach to work is about understanding what’s going on at the work place, the value creation process, and improving the process. Lean is a problem-solving technique that can be applied to any industry.  One does not require sophisticated tools and techniques to understand and implement Lean. The whole approach is commonsensical. Both service and manufacturing companies are readily embracing Lean to various situations such as productivity improvement, customer satisfaction, defect reduction, process simplification etc. Need of the hour is to challenge the status quo and undertake an improvement journey.

Objectives :
