Food Safety Supervisor Level 2 (Advanced) Food Manufacturing/Processing - Feb 27, 2019

FSSAI has mandated all food business having Central License or State License to have at least one trained "FoSTaC Certified Food Safety Supervisor" for every 25 Food Handlers or part thereof on all their premises.
This will be implemented through “Food Safety Training & Certification Program (FoSTaC)". 
 
 

  •  All participants/companies should produce FSSAI License to appear for an online exam which will be held on the same day after the training, to get FSSAI Certificate.

  •  The participants/companies who do not have FSSAI License can participate in the training program but are not eligible for the FSSAI certificate.


Target Audience :
1)  Licensed food businesses in manufacturing/ processing sector. Examples: Bakery, dairy units*, vegetable oil processing units, slaughtering units, meat processing units, other food processing units including re-labellers & re-packers.
2)  Any individual intending to enter the manufacturing sector, students & professionals.
 
Please confirm your participation/nominations before February 18, 2019.
We conduct FSSAI training at FBO’S site also for a minimum 25 participants
