Workshop on Managing Millennial - Jan 17, 2019

Introduction :

Millennials are people born between 1980 and 2000. They share a generational personality that is highly misunderstood by preceding generations who often misinterpret their motivation as impatience and their enthusiasm as narcissism. Millennials will make up roughly 50% of the Indian workforce in 2020 and 75% of the global workforce by 2030. To manage Millennials in a way that will add value to a company, employers need to understand their generational footprint. Learn how to make the most of your multigenerational workforce and deepen your understanding of this particular generation and their unique potential.
