People think of Execution as the tactical side of the business, something leaders delegate while they focus on the perceived “Bigger Issues”.  Is this idea right? You can rent any strategy you want from a consulting firm. Execution is not only the biggest issue facing business today, it is something nobody had explained satisfactorily. The legend CEO of GE, Jack Welch is a living example of using Execution lever for excellence. His Execution Mantra, if practiced, will help in bridging the gap between strategy and success.

Course Objective :
This course is primarily focused on unveiling the Execution Mantra and discuss how these could be adapted in a given situation. He has worked in verticals like Manufacturing, Retail, Transportation, Education, Publishing and Healthcare. He has transformed business with his consulting acumen. He completed his B. Tech. in Industrial Engineering with a Gold medal. He is also credited with three Gold medals during his PGDBM (XLRI) and secured rank at National level in CFA curriculum. His versatile educational background, analytical skills and wide experience make him unique for consulting and teaching work. He is passionate about improving organizational performance using various improvement tools and techniques.
