About the Program :

Launching a new product, enhancing exiting product,expending the capacity, improving performance, delivering a customized solution, providing a service or building a product based on customer requirements are examples of some of the projects, companies undertake to achieve organization’s goal. Executing projects could be challenging as most of the projects either get delayed, overrun or failed to achieve customer satisfaction.

 

The Full Day Course on Project Management Fundamentals will train you in fundamentals and practical skills necessary for managing projects before time and within budget. The course will provide insights of project environments and dynamics involved in different project phases and skills for effective planning and execution.

Currently he is driving Project Manager’s Club of Pune to provide a platform for networking and knowledge sharing for project management community.
