Performance Appraisal - Feb 08, 2018

Introduction :

Performance management is a process which contributes to the effective management of individuals and teams in order to achieve high levels of organisational performance. As such, it establishes a shared understanding about what is to be achieved and an approach to leading and developing people which will ensure that it is achieved. Effective performance review/appraisal of employees is a key element of successful performance management systems. The training of Line Managers/Appraisers in all aspects of the performance review process is therefore of paramount importance to overall organisational performance in all the sectors.

This one day workshop which is a practical, skills-based program will be of benefit to Section Heads and Line Managers, HR Practitioners, Newly appointed Supervisors and those involved in on-going Staff appraisal.

Ryan is adept at Coaching, Career Coaching, Training, and creating HR systems, policies and strategies. He is a licensed PRISM Practitioner and is a Strengths Strategy Certified Coach from Strengths Strategy, Inc, USA.  He is also familiar with other psychometric tools like FIRO – B, PI, OPQ & MRE.  He is also a certified Personnel Counselor from Heart to Heart Institute, Mumbai.


Ryan has created his flagship program “Decode your strengths” using the Gallup Strengthsfinder assessment to improve collaboration & productivity, followed by one on coaching. The program focuses on the use of one’s strengths in a corporate setting like, interpersonal behavior, performance appraisal and recruitment.
