Introduction :

With companies becoming increasingly dependent on high-performances, leadership has become a major business strategy and getting teams to work an absolute necessity. To boost morale, to influence, to motivate and build a team leadership skills are critical to the smooth functioning of the organization.


The ability to lead and influence team members to fulfill the organizational or department goal is the essence of leadership. Leaders have high energy, ability to energize the team, guts to take decisions, and the qualities of being humane.


Leadership skills are as important as technical skills to get work done. Leadership skills make a difference to the organization. The need of the hour today is to have the New Age Manager with a glocal mindset. The leader needs to have a repertoire of skills and a big vision and passion. Leadership skills like motivating juniors, resolving conflicts, delegating, managing meetings and becoming a person who is task & relationship oriented are critical for success. This will make a difference in their and their juniors work in terms of productivity and quality of the work.

Active training methodology is used like games, caselets, role- play, discussion, simulation.
