With reference to the recent 'Ransomware Cyberattack' reported last on Friday May 12, 2017 that so far  has  hit over 150 countries including India.

News on Cyber attacks continues to flash both in-print and on electronic media  while there have been actual incidents, reported: Question is who is behind this gigantic machine to machine attack, is this  an organized cyber crime by illegal operators also if the same IT technology can halt  the unscrupulous cyber activities from  doing further irreversible damages. 

All these may be detrimental and could cause threat to the commercial and financial market's whereas it's a serious concern for Banks and Financial Institutions that may cause these critical Institution, potential compounding losses, reputational risk and may culminate in loss of businesses.
