Symposium on Business and Human Rights - Aug 04, 2017

There is no doubt that embedding human rights into your core business practices can lead to significant economic and social advantages.  Every company in every industry sector has human rights impacts and responsibilities.  A human rights approach requires companies to respect all human rights; they do not have the option of picking and choosing to deal with only those issues with which they feel comfortable.

A human rights framework provides a universally recognised, people-centred approach to companies’ social & environmental impacts. Bombay Chamber is organising a Symposium on Business and Human Rights on August 4, 2017.
